As a Team Leader at AWH, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our team. This Full Time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Operations. Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate and allocate tasks to team members, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of activities.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, replenishment, and storage optimisation.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for improving operational processes.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.

The succesful applicant will also possess:

• Certificate IV in warehousing and logistics
• OH&S training
• Sound understanding of AWH values, goals and strategic plan
• More than five years’ experience in warehousing, logistic, transport and rehandle 
• Experience in supervisory roles 
• Current, valid LF forklift licence, car licence 
• Experience in employee training would be an advantage

This position is banded at Level 8 within the AWH Collective Agreement.
