Job Description
AWH are seeking a meticulous and organised individual to join our team as a Sale Room Administrator in the Wool department based in Brooklyn. As a Sale Room Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the sale room, ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and faxes.
Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to clients visiting the sale room.
Coordinating with the sales team to ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and maintaining up-to-date records.
Assisting with inventory management, including stocktaking and reconciling stock levels.
Collaborating with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
The ideal candidate for this casual position would possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Previous experience in administration or customer service roles would be advantageous.
