Due to expansion in our Dry Bulk segment, we are seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our Hemman team. This is a Permanent - Full Time position that requires dedication and attention to detail. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the quick turnaround of trucks during dry bulk discharges
- Loading trucks for dry bulk outturn
- Consolidating dry bulk storage areas
- Using and conducting regular cleaning of dry bulk hoppers
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the store area to uphold safety standards and efficient workflow
- Providing support to other business segments as required
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the site
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will also possess:
- Front end loader licence
- Experience using FEL scales would be an advantage
- Forklift licence would be an advantage
- Proven ability to follow directions and instructions
- Awareness of WHS in the workplace
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach towards maintaining a well-structured store environment. A pre-employment medical, including drug testing, will be required.
